Changfeng has been assembling a variety of compact pickups and sport-utility vehicles under license from Mitsubishi, and the company has ambitious plans to expand its production capacity, as well as its product portfolio, with new models of its own design.The company is expected to display two trucks and two SUVs at the Detroit show. Chairman Li Jianxin said Changfeng eventually hopes to sell its vehicles in North America, probably before the end of the decade.
